Post Egypt/Family
In December I returned from a month long trip to Egypt and Israel. This was an incredible journey that took me through the beautiful sands of time and the the most amazing pyramids of the world. Majestic monuments that stand against an incredible vastness built long ago and felt wholly still. Israel was surreal as I walked amongst its holy sites. The people are beautiful everywhere you go. I was touched by all of my connections and had opportunity to work in the many temples and sacred sites in these magical lands. Ever inspired and eternally grateful I am blessed to be able to walk upon this earth and see and feel in wonderment with each day that passes.
I met some beautiful friends there, family.
Rest and Reconnect
The remainder winter months I have been taking time for my family and home. Reconnecting after a long trip and resting as the Winter Solstice passed I decided to take a break and allow some time for reintegration and processing of all I had learned and experienced. I reemerge with the new wisdom I have received and am done with my period of rest as the Spring Equinox nears. This is the time of the seed as natures cycle begins anew and now we can think of what we want to grow within our life experiences.
November 2009
Egypt
As many of you know, I will be traveling to Egypt for the month of November and will be returning the first week of December. This is a spirit journey into the ancient lands. I am called by the wisdom keepers and the heart that connects us to each other. To further deepen my connection to the unity of all and to continue to travel with awareness upon the path of life we are on, this journey is a pilgrimage into the soul.
Peru Christmas Project
This is the Project description from my dear
friend Carlos that I am helping out in Peru through his humanitarian
work. We can all make a difference in these childrens lives.
For 10 years now, we have been done a Christmas party for more that 4000 children in every village around Ollantaytambo.
This is a big celebration where it takes us 5 days to reach every
village. This time is going to be different. Thanks to my friend
Shannon and Kim, the children in the Andes want to give something back
and put their hands on it. The children are drawing beautiful images
about their daily lives, their school, family, animals that they take
care of, scenery where they live, places that they play, lands that
they dream.
The idea is to sell them and all the money that we are going to make will go to the Christmas 2009 Project.

Living in the Heart
I attended Drunvalo Malchizedek's workshop in Sedona this month. Here we expanded our knowledge of working within the Merkaba field and we also deepened our understanding and experience of the Sacred Space of the Heart as presented in the book Living Within the Heart.
Drunvalo's work with sacred geometry is phenomenal as taught and presented in his books Flower of Life Vol 1and Vol 2.
Aka Dua
This month I received my final Level Three Transmission. Working with the Aka Dua energy is powerful and has aided in my work within the lucid state this year. I am a great supporter of the work being done at the Tequihua Foundation and of Koyote's teachings.

Peru Village Adoption/ Feed the Children
I met good friend Carlos last year in Peru. We had opportunity to help feed the children and present them with gifts.
You can help.
Carlos travels to the remote villages of Peru to give
blankets to the children and elderly. They are dying due to the
freezing temperatures. He also adopts villages for ongoing support. In
addition to giving blankets, he helps build greenhouses and kitchens
for them. Carlos and his group not only help, but go there out of love
and the happy smiles and gratitude are the most amazing gifts in return

A summer of teachings and activations from the sacred and ancient lands.
Jungle and Yucatan Sacred Journey
My trip to the Yucatan and Guatemala was an amazing journey. The jungles of Palenque and Tikal were full of energy and life. The Yucatan was beautiful and vast and I got to visit Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Kaba, Tulum, and Coba. Each of these unique. All of them vast and beautiful. It was an honor to walk the grounds and connect with the ancient Mayan sites. We performed ceremony, meditated and transformed with the sacredness of this journey. I am so thankful that I had this opportunity and I will bring the knowledge and energy I received to my work with others on my path of service.
Arizona
I also had opportunity to travel to Arizona. I visited many of the vortex sites in Sedona and had beautiful meditations amid the spectacular landscape. I was gifted with seeing the full moon rise while meditating atop Airport Mesa. It was a beautiful sight. I then visited Meteor Crater and it is astounding to stare down and across a hole in the earth that could fill 20 football fields at it's base. The energy there is amazing! A sacred gift came on the last day of the journey, when I was blessed to have a Bald Eagle soar above me. I am grateful.
Adam Yellowbird
I recently attended a talk given by Adam Yellowbird. He carries the messages of the elders from all over the world. He spoke of the prophecys that foretell changing times and of global conscious shifts that are taking place in humanity. He has the messages that the elders want us to know.
Adam runs The Institute for Cultural Awareness or ICA. ICA is dedicated to preserving sacred sites and indigenous traditions, bridging the gap between the elders and the children. He puts together the Return of the Ancestors gatherings and recently made a movie about the last gathering in Sedona. He also runs EarthDance and EarthWorks, two other Humanitarian Programs. Peace Mother
Upon my return I had opportunity to be invited to go to darshan with Peace Mother. It was an honor to receive her blessings, love and teachings. I am honored to have made this connection and want to thank her for being an amazing source of love. Her teachings and healings have been a blessing and I am learning so much. I may be helping her put together one last ceremony before she returns to India in a couple of weeks. I will put it on here if this happens and you are all invited. Live H2O went very well and I enjoyed being of service and helping out as much as I could. I met many wonderful people and made many new friends. Thank you to everyone that came out and showed their support.

Life has been busy since the start of the year. I have discovered the Leap! Movie, The Living Matrix finally came out, started survival training with the famed Christopher Nyerges, I have been helping with Live H2O-Concert for the Living Waters set for June and have been planning my Central American trip for this summer to explore the jungles and Yucatan ruins! I have also made some great new friends at the Tequihua Foundation! Of course I still climb the mountains with the sacred vultures overhead and I do still enjoy a Cuesta Rey. Read below for more...
Central America
This summer I will be taking a sacred journey to visit the ruins and land of Central America. I will be heading back to my roots in the Mayan Yucatan Peninsula. I will be traveling in the jungles to the ruins of Palenque in Chiapas, Mexico and then crossing the Usumacinta River to Guatemala to head over to the jungle ruins of Tikal. I will then head to the Yucatan peninsula to Chichenitza, Uxmal, Kabah, Tulum and others.
All the sites I have been visiting and have been drawn to were laid out with the proportions of either the Golden Mean or Fibonacci spirals, and all were mathematically referred back to that single point in Egypt now called the Solar Cross.
I have the honor of starting my journey in Palenque with Dr. Jose Jaramillo. Please check out his website and recently released film, Between 2 Worlds. A documentary that presents a Mayan alternative to the Gregorian calendar.
Survival Training
My family and I have been taking weekly classes from wilderness trainer Christopher Nyerges. This is a true Survivor Man! We are so fortunate to have found him. If you are in the area take a class. It will change your life.
Since 1974, Christopher
Nyerges has taken over 30,000 children and adults on Wild Food Outings,
Survival Skills Outings, and other field trips and outdoor programs. He
has worked with such groups as WTI Inc. (original sponsor of the
outings), Tree People, Southwest Museum, Boy Scouts of America, The
Sierra Club, Elder Hostel, and many colleges, schools, churches, and
libraries.
He holds classes on a weekly basis throughout the year, where folks
from all ages and backgrounds have an opportunity to learn from one of
the countries foremost authorities on survival and emergency
preparedness.
He is the author of seven books, including Guide to
Wild Foods and Enter the Forest. He has had thousands of newspaper and
magazine articles published since the mid-1970s, and is currently the
editor of Wilderness Way magazine.
His
classes and workshops have been featured on all Los Angeles area
television stations, including KCET’s "Life and Times" and Huell
Howser’s popular "Visiting" show. For two years, he appeared on Fox
TV’s "X Show," demonstrating survival skills on the streets of downtown
Los Angeles.
Leap! Movie
I have recently discovered the Leap! Movie. I have recently had the opportunity to attend a seminar that the filmmakers gave. Meeting these guys was awesome! Isaac Allen & Chad Cameron set out to explore the ancient spiritual idea that our world is an illusion. Featuring interviews with many of the greatest visionaries, scientists and authors in the world today. I loved it!

January 2009
Utah
Happy New Year. I traveled to Utah's beautiful Escalante Staircase Monument to bring in the year. I got to explore the breathtaking Zion National Monument as well as Bryce National Monument and the wave at the Vermilion Cliffs. These are such beautiful places. The snow was deep, it air was cold and fresh and the mountainous sculptures were pink and red adding a stunningly unique contrast. Years of erosion have chiseled breathtaking sculptures out of the land. On my final sunset there I stood upon old Navajo Bridge and had the honor of a California Condor circle above me a couple of times and then making a final swoop above me. I was awestruck to have this happen. I had been asking the universe to let me see one of these magnificent birds and I got my moment. After the final swoop he perched under the bridge on the opposite side and I got to take some pictures and was close enough to note his tag number. What a way to bring in the year. My connection to animals is stronger now and I am blessed and honored when they come to teach me and share with me their energy and wisdom. This becomes a part of me and I share this with everyone I connect with.
Peru
My trip to Peru in November was inspiring. My consciousness and awareness of everything living became more magnified and filled with light. I got to have the privilege of traveling with a wonderful group of healers that made my experience complete. I participated in many sacred ceremonies that were performed by some amazing shamans of that sacred land. I was honored to be able to take part in these experiences and will forever value and hold sacred the blessings and teachings that I received from the shamans and from the land. I got to explore Machu Picchu, Pisac, the sacred valley and Amaru Muru to name a few. I met with beautiful people from a beautiful land and I am filled with such love to be able to have these experiences in my life. I had awesome visions, received a spirit name and came home with an Andean Condor feather and some powerful stone friends. In Moray I connected with extraterrestrial forces and got to see the stars in a way I had not seen them before. They shine brighter and exist differently there. I am thankful for this light and am happy to share this as I serve to help others.

Peru
This November I will be taking a two week spiritual journey to Peru. I
will be amongst other healers who will join Peruvian shamans White
Eagle and Jurate on a sacred journey to Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca
to experience the ancient wisdom and mystery of the Andes and its
people the Quechua, descendants of the Inca. We will be visiting
temples and sacred sites and participate in Sacred Ceremonies and
Traditional Rituals led by Shamans ( Medicine Men and Healers) on a
nightly basis. This immersion into the sacred is a blessing and a
gift.
I am honored to be included in this sacred trip and know that this will be yet another life changing moment in my life.
The added illumination that will fill me will add to my work and
sessions. It will be an honor to share that with those who find their
way to me.
Quests
This month I am working on finishing up and refining my
Transformational Quests. I have spent many months planning by hiking
and camping in the beautiful and inspiring Angeles National Forest. Forest of the Angels!
I am compiling information for experiences that can be enjoyed by
people of various levels of physical, mental and spiritual capabilities
and awareness. I am very excited about this and cannot wait to share
these wonderful experiences with others who will find themselves in a
place of calmness and resolute strength that they will be gifted with
by the mountains, the forests and the winds of wonder and change.

Mexico City, Mexico
This month I traveled to Mexico City, Mexico to take a class on Dr.Eric Pearl's 'Reconnective Healing'. It was their first Latin American Seminar. It was an incredible experience. I have been in this field my entire life and I must say that I have never felt this type of energy before. Dr.Pearl is doing something really incredible with this work and I am honored to align myself with this healing. I also had an opportunity to make some great connections with other healers in Latin America and I look forward to building on these new friendships.
After the seminar I also went to visit Teotihuacan. The pyramids here are breathtaking. The Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon simply have to be seen to be experienced. I immersed myself in the energy of this wondrous and awe inspiring place and I can't wait to return there again someday. My life is truly blessed.
